2025 SUMMER H.E.A.L. (HEALING, EMPOWERMENT AND LEADERSHIP) 

Dates: June 3-July 31, 2025 
Times: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 11:30am - 4:30pm 
Compensation: $500 stipend (Must apply through OUSD Summer ECCO Program) 

About the Program
Summer H.E.A.L. is a paid summer internship exclusively offered through the OUSD Summer ECCO Program for high school-aged youth (ages 16-18). This internship focuses on healing, justice, leadership development and community organizing equipping participants with the skills to create healing-centered spaces for themselves and their  communities. 

Interns will collaboratively design and lead a Youth Leadership Healing & Consciousness Retreat, a gathering where youth can connect, heal and grow together. 

Who Should Apply?

• OUSD Students applying through the Summer ECCO Program Application 
• Passional about healing, justice and social change
• Interested in leadership, event planning & organizing 
• Priority given to youth impacted by trauma and violence 

What Interns Will Gain

• The opportunity to host & participate in a Youth Leadership Healing Retreat
